What software do you use in this service?
We utilize a wide variety of CAD software such as AutoCAD (Version -14 to 2005), MicroStation ADT, MDT, Inventor, Pro-E, Solid Edge, Solid Works, MS Visio, and 2020 Technologies.
Do you provide conversion service?
We have the resources to convert any drawing or file to a wide variety of formats such as DWG Auto CAD, DXF AutoCAD, DGN Microstation, MCD Vectorworks, DataCAD,VISIO, and TCW TurboCAD.
What kind of quality control measures do you have in place to ensure quality output?
To ensure quality, we adhere to stringent Quality Assurance procedures. It comprises of Image Quality Review, Batch File Quality Review, and Quality Control Reports. We execute visual and automated computer checks on all scanned images and data entered. All members of the staff involved in the work are highly qualified and experts in their area of specialization.
Do you posses any disaster management strategy?
We have two centers of operations located approximately 1000 miles away from each other. All the services can be provided from both the centers strategically situated in the cities of Ahmedabad, and Kochi. In case of any emergency situation in any one of these units, we will start the work in the second unit without delay and accomplish the same without changing the deadline. The fully prepared back-up office will automatically become an extension of all the facilities, services, data, and manpower available in the first one.
What are the measures adopted by you to ensure the confidentiality of data provided by us?
All our processes are designed to ensure foolproof security and confidentiality through stringent privacy policy implementations that conforms to international standards. We also have our employees sign a non disclosure agreement at the beginning of any engagement. We are also ready to adopt any additional measures suggested by our clients.
What kind of turnaround time can be expected?
The turnaround time depends completely on the type of project and required output. However we have the resources and cutting edge technology to work on tight deadlines and produce the required output on time.
What is your image processing capacity per day?
We have the capacity to scan up to 10000 pages in a day.
How do you deliver the final output?
The final output can be dispatched as per client's preferred mode, by e- mail attachment, CD or directly uploaded through FTP server.
